School garden clubs comprised of a group of students are being educated in square foot gardening techniques and creating their own compost. These gardens produce an ongoing harvest of fresh, organic vegetables which the students are able to eat!
Students enrolled in the ACE Sponsorship Program are receiving square foot gardens and seeds for their homes. This will enable them to "grow what they eat, and eat what they grow"
